After waiting an hour without room assignments, I told them that we would be leaving, and since we were not given rooms we expected not to be charged. I then spoke to the manager, who said she would “try to get us rooms on the same floor if possible”, they certainly would not be adjoining as promised. Two days prior to our arrival I called for adjoining rooms for myself, and my family and was assigned the 2 adjoining room numbers.īut upon arrival we found that the rooms were double booked, and our rooms were given away to “the band“, that the hotel was full, and it may be doubtful we would even get rooms for the night.
